Filtering the entries
By using the techniques for reading the plates, Hesion reconsidered all the functions for controlling cars entries. Thus, the LPM can manage traditional functions for authorising, forbidding, time slots, as well as other more complex functions that were developped together with the parking lots owners.
Counting
Our solution for counting is based on plate reading. This technique is most reliable and highly flexible so that the date may be clustered per type of vehicules, per category of users. This information is available on our website, for display pannels or on a web service in order to supply mobile apps.
Finding a spot
The parking area is divided into sectors whose entries and ways out are equipped with our cameras. This enables to track vehicles in areas inside the parking lot. Detailed localisation depends on the camera mesh sharpness. Users are in capacity to finding out their vehicles via an interactive cabinet at the entrance of the car parking or via a mobile app.
Dynamic Guidance
Due to solid experience in plate and counting sensors, Hesion extended their integration to dynamic parking guidance on order to guide car drivers using the information collected from different capture points. They can first read different messages at the entrance, and then the number of spots available per zone or per category of users.
Detection once parked
This is state-of-the-art in 3.0 parking lots precision. Each spot, either or not combined with the parking lot entries and ways out, is monitored and each vehicle present is automatically detected. The detection system enable to validating with certainty that this is actually a vehicle, that it is or not properly parked and it identifies the registration plate. There are many resulting services.
Our software
Licence Plate Reader is a modular solution that was developped 20 years ago and never stopped evolving.It is organized around two complementary functions: detecting the typefaces on licence plates and database management. The development technologies that are used guarantee that the information are correct and the all the associated peripherals are monitored in real time.
Our difference
Cabinet
We developped a metallic cabinet that enables to ensure the mechanical protection of embedded devices. Due to the way it was conceived, the position of the camera in the lane is optimum, and also the watertightness and heat regulation ensure the good quality of the shooting, whatever the season.
Display pannels
The display pannels enable to communicate with drivers. The information must be clear, readable and animated in order to fulfill their function. We provide pannels for counting, dynamic parking guidance, personalized messages or emergency information. This is an essentiel tool ensuring traffic smoothness.
Cameras
The camera is an essential device, which is coupled with our powerful recognition algorithms and thus guarantees that the solution is of good quality. Each model of camera is rigorously certified. We test under real usage conditions the models the most recent on the market in order to validate their technical characteristics.
